| Convention registration is not required for retail vendors if they do not plan to attend convention activities. All vendor personnel not registered for the convention must register with the Vendor Chairman and obtain and wear a name tag at all times. Vendor sales will be open Friday and Saturday. Tables are 6 feet long, and include chairs. Up to four tables may be reserved. Additional tables can be requested subject to availability. Electrical needs may be obtained through the Vendor Chairman. No reservations are guaranteed until payment is received. The convention committee, the SHRH&MS and the hotel are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to vendors. Vendors are responsible for payment of Illinois sales tax. |
